Tommy's Margarita
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 oz Tequila Blanco
3/4 oz Agave Nectar
3/4 oz Lime Juice
Garnish: Dehydrated Lime Wheel
Combine all ingredients in a shaker. Add ice and shake for 10-20 seconds until cold. Strain into coupe glass and garnish with lime wheel. Enjoy!
SERVES 1
Smoked Blood Orange Margarita
INGREDIENTS
1 oz Tequila Blanco
1/2 oz Mezcal
3/4 oz Blood Orange Syrup*
3/4 oz Lemon Juice
Garnish: Dehydrated Blood Orange
*Blood Orange Syrup: Over medium-low heat, dilute 2 parts Blood Orange Puree with 3 parts Water. Stir in equal parts sugar to total liquid until fully dissolved. Allow syrup to cool before use.
To salt the rim, moisten the edge of a rocks glass with a lemon wedge, then roll the glass in salt.
Combine all ingredients in a shaker. Add ice and shake for 10-20 seconds until cold. Strain into a salted rocks glass over fresh ice and garnish with a dehydrated orange wheel. Enjoy!

Spicy Curry Margarita
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 oz Tequila Reposado
3/4 oz Coconut Turmeric Syrup*
3/4 oz Lime Juice
1 Muddled Jalapeño Slice
6 Drops of Saline (4 parts salt, 1 part water)
Garnish: Cilantro Sprig
*Coconut Turmeric Syrup: 2 parts Coconut Milk, 1 Part Coco Lopez, Orange Zest, Turmeric. Blend half of the coconut milk with orange zest, then strain. Put it back into the blender and add the rest of the coconut milk, Coco Lopez and turmeric. Add equal parts white sugar to the total amount of liquid and blend.
- Large Batch example, 32 oz. Coconut milk, 15 oz. Coco Lopez, 1/2 oz. orange zest, 48 oz. White Sugar, 5 Tsp. Turmeric
Combine ingredients in a shaker. Muddle Jalapeño. Add ice and shake for 10-20 seconds until cold. Strain into coupe glass and garnish with cilantro. Enjoy!
