Refunds, cancelations, and rescheduling

All public ticket sales are final and nonrefundable. You are more than welcome to transfer tickets to another guest up to 2 hours prior to event start. You have the flexibility to reschedule your event up to 48 hours before the event.


Event confirmation

In order to confirm booking, a signed contract and at least 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. The balance is due 14 days prior to the event upon final head count being confirmed.

Event refund, cancellation, and rescheduling

If the event is canceled by the client more than 21 days prior to the event date, any amount paid is fully refundable, including the deposit. If the event is canceled by the client fewer than 21 days prior to the event date, any amount paid is non-refundable, including the deposit and final payment.

If the event is rescheduled more than 21 days before the event date, the deposit may be applied toward a future event date within 6 months of the originally scheduled date. If the client does not use the deposit within 6 months of the original event date, the client forfeits the deposit.

If the event is rescheduled fewer than 21 days before the event date, the original deposit is forfeited, and a new deposit will be required. If the event is rescheduled fewer than 14 days before the event date, the client is responsible for the entire amount due.

Should Liquor Lab need to cancel due to events outside of their control, a full refund shall be issued if a new date cannot be agreed upon.


All changes must go through the event sales manager. Changes to time of event, menu and any other special requests need to be approved based on Liquor Lab availability.

Final guest count

Final guest count must be confirmed at least 7 days prior to the event. Guest count decreases will not be accepted after this deadline. Guest count cannot be reduced below the guest minimum required for the event. Guest count increases within 72 hours of the event or additional guests on the day of the event will be accommodated, if possible, based on availability, and a $10 per person surcharge along with other applicable per person charges will be applied to the final balance. Guests not included in this per person charge will not be allowed into the event area.

Event start and end time

Exceeding the set event times is subject to management approval and an additional charge will apply per hour. The event will start no later than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time.

Property and damages

The guest will be financially responsible for any damage sustained to Liquor Lab property and/or fittings prior to, during or after the event by the guest, their event’s guests, or contractors engaged by the guest. The guest will be charged for any repairs, labor or replacement, as deemed necessary by management.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse entry to the premises and may undertake security searches for the benefit of everyone's enjoyment and safety. Throughout your party's visit, everyone in your group is required to act responsibly. The management reserves the right to refuse to honor a booking and/or eject guests who are deemed to be severely intoxicated or under the influence of drugs, acting violently, disruptively, or irresponsibly; causing a nuisance to others; or responsible for the commissioning of a criminal or civil offense
