WINTER COCKTAILS RECIPES

BLOOD ORANGE SOUR

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 oz Gin

3/4 oz Blood Orange Syrup

Combine 1 Part fresh Blood Orange juice with 1 Part White Sugar. Stir until dissolved.

3/4 oz Lemon Juice

3-4 Dashes Cardamom Bitters

DIRECTIONS

• Add ingredients to mixing tin/glass.

• Add ice.

• Shake 10 sec. until cold.

• Strain into empty coupe glass. Garnish with an Orange Slice or Star Anise and enjoy!

APPLE TODDY

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 oz Rye Whiskey

1/2 oz Lemon Juice

3/4 oz Apple Cider Syrup

-Combine 1 Part Apple Cider with 1 Part White Sugar. Stir until dissolved.

-Or heat 1 part Apple Juice with cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg, cloves until a gentle boil. Remove from heat and strain. Add 1 part White Sugar and stir until dissolved.

4 oz Hot Tea

DIRECTIONS

• Combine ingredients in a toddy glass. (except for tea)

• Stir well.

• Top with Hot Tea. Stir gently.

• Garnish with a Cinnamon Stick and Lemon Wheel.

2 oz Soda Water

2 oz Soda Water

CARIBBEAN HOLIDAY

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 oz Aged Rum

1/8 oz Allspice Dram

1/8 oz Demerara Syrup

Heat 1 part Water with 2 parts Demerara Sugar (sugar in the raw). Stir frequently until dissolved.

2 Dashes Aromatic Bitters

2 Dash Orange Bitters

DIRECTIONS

• Combine ingredients with ice in a rocks glass.

• Stir vigorously.

• Garnish with expressed Lemon Peel.
