Blood Orange Cosmo

SERVES 1

INGREDIENTS


1 1/2 oz Vodka

1/4 oz Licor 43

1/2 oz Lemon Juice

3/4 oz Blood Orange Syrup*

2 Dashes Aromatic Bitters


* 2 Parts Blood Orange Puree, 3 Parts Water. Then stir in equal parts white sugar to liquid until dissolved.


Add ingredients into a shaker. Add ice and shake for 10-20 seconds until cold. Strain into a coupe or martini glass and garnish with a dehydrated citrus wheel. Enjoy!

Apple Cinnamon Hot Toddy

SERVES 1

INGREDIENTS


1 1/2 oz Aged Rum

1 Apple Cinnamon Tea Bag

1/2 oz Lemon Juice

3/4 oz Honey Ginger Syrup*

2 Dashes Aromatic Bitters

Top with Hot Water

Garnish: Cloves and Star Anise


-Ginger Syrup: Peel and Juice raw ginger (or buy 100% ginger juice). Mix 1 Part White Sugar and 1 Part Ginger Juice, stir until sugar is dissolved (a blender can help).


-Honey Syrup: Mix 2 Parts Honey with 1 Part Hot Water. Mix well.


*Combine 1 Part Honey Syrup and 1 Part Ginger Syrup.


Steep an Apple Cinnamon Tea bag in the Rum for about 5 minutes. Remove tea bag and add Lemon Juice, Bitters and Syrup to the glass and stir. Top up with hot water. Garnish with Cloves and Star Anise.

Old Man Winter

SERVES 1

INGREDIENTS


1 1/2 oz High-Proof Bourbon

3/4 oz Sweet Vermouth

1/4 oz Cranberry Demerara Syrup*

1-2 Dashes of Aromatic Bitters

Garnish: Orange Peel Express


*1 Part Water, 1 Part Cranberries, 2 Parts Demerara Sugar (Sugar in the Raw), Cinnamon Stick(s), Splash of Vanilla Extract.


Bring Water, Cranberries, and Cinnamon to a boil until the cranberries start to crack. Strain and add sugar, stir until dissolved. Add vanilla to taste.


Stirred: Add ingredients to a mixing glass, then add ice. Stir for 15-20 seconds until cold. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with an orange peel express.
