SERVES 1

Apple Cider Sour

INGREDIENTS


1 1/2 oz of Rye Whiskey

1/2 oz Creme de Cacao

3/4 oz Lemon Juice

3/4 oz Apple Cider Syrup

1-2 dashes of Aromatic Bitters

1 Star Anise or Apple Slice Garnish


Apple Cider Syrup: Blend 1 part Apple Cider with 1 part White Sugar until dissolved. (Also can try using mulling spiced tea or fresh apple juice.)


Combine the ingredients into a mixing glass. Add ice, and shake with for 10-20 seconds until cold. Strain into a coupe glass - garnish with an apple slice or star anise. Enjoy!

SERVES 1

St. Bart's Swizzle

INGREDIENTS


1 1/2 oz of Chai-Infused Aged Rum (soak 2-3 Chai tea bags in a bottle of rum for 15-20 min.)

1/2 oz Lemon Juice

1/2 oz Honey Ginger Syrup

2 dashes Aromatic Bitters

1/2 oz Falernum

Top with Soda Water

1 Cinnamon Stick, Lemon Wheel Garnish


Honey Syrup: Mix 2 parts Honey with 1 part Water.


Ginger Syrup: Peel and juice Ginger (or buy fresh 100% Ginger Juice) and mix 1 part Juice with 1 Part Water. Mix 1 part Honey Syrup with 1 part Ginger Syrup.


Combine ingredients into a mixing glass. Add ice and shake for 10-20 seconds until cold. Strain the liquid into a glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and lemon wheel. Enjoy!

SERVES 1

London Old Fashioned

INGREDIENTS


1 1/2 oz Gin

1/2 oz Cranberry-Rosemary Syrup

2 dashes Peychaud's Bitters

1 Express Lemon Peel, Rosemary Garnish


Cranberry-Rosemary Syrup: Heat a few sprigs of Rosemary in 1 part Water and 1 part Cranberries (Use more cranberries for a more sour syrup). Boil until the berries "crack". Strain and mix 1 part liquid with 1 part sugar.


Combine ingredients with ice into a rocks glass. Stir vigorously. Express a lemon peel and garnish with cranberry and rosemary. Enjoy!
