Blackberry Jasmine Sour
SERVES 1
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 oz Bourbon Whiskey
3/4 oz Blackberry-Jasmine Syrup*
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
1 Blackberry Skewer
*Blackberry-Jasmine Syrup: Heat two parts Blackberry Purée and one part water in a pot over medium heat, do not allow to boil. Steep Jasmine Tea for 10-15 minutes (make it as strong or weak as you want). Strain and stir in equal parts white sugar to liquid until dissolved.
Combine ingredients in a shaker. Add ice and shake for 10-20 seconds until cold. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with blackberry skewer. Enjoy!
Peach Ginger Collins
SERVES 1
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 oz Rye Whiskey
1/2 oz Creme de Peche
1/2 Honey Ginger Syrup*
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
2 oz Club Soda
Dehydrated Lemon Wheel
*Honey Syrup: mix two parts honey with one part warm water. Stir until smooth.
*Ginger Syrup: peel and juice fresh ginger (or use 100% ginger juice) and stir in equal parts white sugar until dissolved.
*Honey Ginger Syrup: combine honey and ginger syrups 1:1.
Combine ingredients (except soda water) in a shaker. Add ice and shake for 10-20 seconds until cold. Strain into collins glass over fresh ice and top with soda water. Garnish with dehydrated lemon or candied ginger and enjoy!
Banana Bread Old Fashioned
SERVES 1
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 oz Banana Fat-Washed Whiskey*
1/8 - 1/4 oz Demerara Syrup
2 Dashes Aromatic Bitters
1 Dash Walnut Bitters
1 Orange Peel Garnish
*Start with 100-Proof bourbon and 2 bananas per bottle. Mash the bananas in a pitcher and add bourbon. Let sit at room temp for 3-4 hours, then freeze overnight. Fine strain the whiskey and re-bottle. Store in fridge.
Combine ingredients with ice in a rocks glass. Stir for 15-20 seconds. Garnish with orange peel express and enjoy!
