SERVES 1

Peach Pit Sour

INGREDIENTS


1 1/2 oz Bourbon

3/4 oz Peach Syrup*

3/4 oz Lemon Juice

1 Lemon Wheel Garnish


*For the syrup: Dilute peach concentrate: 1 part concentrate, 1 part water. Combine and mix 1 part diluted peach concentrate with 1 part sugar until dissolved


Add ingredients into a shaker. Add ice and shake for 10-20 seconds until cold. Strain the liquid into a coupe glass and garnish with a lemon wheel. Enjoy!

SERVES 1

Spring Highball

INGREDIENTS


1 1/2 oz Bourbon

3/4 oz Rose Syrup*

3/4 oz Lemon Juice

2 Dashes Grapefruit Bitters

2 oz Club Soda

1 Mint Garnish


*For the syrup: Combine 1 quart simple syrup with 2 oz dry rose petals. Add 1 oz rose water to elevate rose taste.


Add ingredients (except club soda) into a shaker. Add ice and shake for 10-20 seconds until cold. Strain the liquid into a Collins glass and top with club soda. Stir gently, adding mint leaves to garnish. Enjoy!

Sweet Tea Old Fashioned

INGREDIENTS


1 1/2 oz Rye Whiskey

1/8 oz Black Tea Demerara Syrup*

2 Dashes LL Bitters

1 Orange Zest


*For the syrup: Steep black tea bags in hot water for 20 minutes. Strain and press to release liquid. Over medium/high heat, combine 2 parts Demerara sugar with 1 part black tea steeped water from step prior. Stir until dissolved - do not simmer.


Combine ingredients into a glass and stir. Top with ice, express oils from orange peel over cocktail and garnish. Enjoy!
