Irish Maid
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 oz Irish Whiskey
1/2 oz Elderflower Liqueur
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
3/4 oz Lemon Juice
2 Muddled Cucumber Slices
1 Cucumber Slice Garnish
Add ingredients into a shaker. Add ice and shake for 10-20 seconds until cold. Strain into rocks glass over ice, garnish with cucumber slice. Enjoy!

Afternoon Delight
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 oz Bourbon
1/2 oz Rockey's Liqueur
3/4 oz Blackberry Syrup
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
2 oz Black Iced Tea
4 Muddled Mint Leaves
1 Mint Sprig Garnish
Add mint leaves to shaker and muddle. Combine remaining ingredients in shaker. Add ice and shake for 10-20 seconds until cold. Strain into tall collins over ice and garnish with mint sprig. Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 oz Rye Whiskey
1/2 oz Italian Sweet Vermouth
1/4 oz Aperol
1 Orange Zest, Luxardo Cherry Garnish
Combine ingredients into rocks glass and stir. Top with ice, express oils from orange peel over cocktail and garnish with cherry. Enjoy!
