VALENTINE'S DAY COCKTAILS RECIPES
FRESA ROYAL
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 oz Tequila
1/2 oz Lime Juice
3/4 oz Strawberry Syrup
1 Jalapeño Slice
2 oz Sparkling Wine or Soda Water
DIRECTIONS
• Add ingredients (except sparkling wine) to shaker.
• Add ice.
• Shake 10 sec. until cold.
• Strain over fresh ice into a collins glass.
• Top with sparkling wine.
• Garnish with strawberry.
PASSIONATE DAIQUIRI
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 oz White Rum
3/4 oz Lime Juice
3/4 oz Passionfruit Syrup
(Combine 1 part Passionfruit puree + 1 part Water. Add 2 parts White Sugar. Stir until dissolved. Add vanilla extract to taste.)
DIRECTIONS
• Add ingredients to shaker.
• Add ice.
• Shake 10 sec. until cold.
• Strain.
• Garnish with lime wheel.
CHOCOLATE COVERED OLD FASHIONED
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 oz Hibiscus Infused Whiskey
(Soak Hibiscus tea in whiskey for ~30 min.)
1/8 oz Demerara Syrup
(Heat 2 parts Demerara Sugar (sugar in the raw) with 1 part Water. Stir frequently until dissolved.)
1 dash Cherry Bark Bitters
1 dash Chocolate Bitters
DIRECTIONS
• Add ingredients to glass.
• Add ice.
• Stir 20 sec. until cold.
• Garnish with orange peel.
