Valentine's Cocktail Recipes

Latin Lover
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 oz Tequila Blanco
3/4 oz Lime Juice
3/4 oz Passionfruit Syrup*
1-2 Jalapeño Slice(s)
Garnish: Sour Gummy Skewer and Tajín Rim
*Cut 1 part Passionfruit Puree with 2 parts Water. Stir in equal parts Sugar to liquid until dissolved.
Pour Tajín on a flat surface. Wet the rim of the glass with lime juice and roll the glass in the Tajîn to rim the glass.
Combine ingredients in a shaker. Muddle the jalapeño. Add ice and shake for 10-20 seconds until cold. Strain into coupe glass and garnish. Enjoy!

3rd First Date
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 oz Gin
1 oz Strawberry-White Chocolate Orgeat*
1 oz Strawberry Coconut Milk**
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Egg White
2 oz Rosé Cava
Garnish: Fresh Strawberry and Straw
*Soak 1 part Sliced Strawberries in 1 part white Créme de Cacao for 24 hours. Strain and add 1/8 part Orgeat.
**Blend 1 part Coconut Milk with 1 part Strawberries.
Combine ingredients (except for Cava) in a shaker with ice and shake for 10-20 seconds until cold. Strain into collins glass over crushed ice. Top with Rosé Cava. Enjoy!

Mon Cherie Amaro
INGREDIENTS
1 oz Rye Whiskey
1/2 oz Amaro
1 dash Vanilla Cherry Bark Bitters
Garnish: Orange Peel Express
Combine ingredients in a mixing glass. Add ice and stir for 15-20 seconds. Strain into rocks glass over fresh ice and garnish with an orange peel express. Enjoy!
