Seasonal Daiquiri
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 oz White Rum
3/4 oz Lime Juice
3/4 oz Apricot Cinnamon Syrup
1 Dash Aromatic Bitters
For the syrup: Bring 12oz of apricot nectar to a boil with 2 cinnamon sticks. Remove from heat. Remove cinnamon. Mix 1 part apricot juice with 1 part white sugar. Stir until dissolved.
Add ingredients into a shaker. Add ice and shake for 10-20 seconds, until cold. Strain the liquid into a glass and garnish with a lime wheel or cinnamon stick. Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS
3/4 oz Aged Rum
3/4 oz Campari
3/4 oz Sweet Vermouth
1 Lemon Peel
Combine ingredients into a glass. Add ice and stir for 10-20 seconds until cold. Garnish with lemon zest. Enjoy!
