Spicy Tommy's Margarita

INGREDIENTS


1 1/2 oz Blanco Tequila

1/2 oz Agave Syrup

3/4 oz Lime Juice

1 Jalapeño Slice

1 Dehydrated Lime Wheel


Muddle jalapeño in a mixing glass. Add the remaining ingredient into the same mixing glass. Drop in a scoop of ice and shake for 10-20 seconds until cold. Strain the liquid into a coupe glass and garnish with a lime wheel. Enjoy!

Mango Collins

INGREDIENTS


1 1/2 oz Blanco Tequila

3/4 oz Mango Syrup

3/4 oz Lime Juice

6-10 Drops Saline Solution

2 oz Soda Water

1 Dehydrated Pineapple Garnish


For the syrup: 

• Dilute mango concentrate: 2 parts mango concentrate 1 part water. 2:1

• Combine & mix: Equal parts diluted mango concentrate and white sugar. 1:1


Combine ingredients (except soda water, pineapple garnish) into a shaker. Add ice and shake for 10-20 seconds until cold. Strain the liquid into a Collins glass over ice. Top with soda water. Garnish with dehydrated pineapple, and enjoy!

Pineapple Oaxacan Old Fashioned

INGREDIENTS


1 1/2 oz Reposado Tequila

1-2 Barspoon Roasted Pineapple Demerara Syrup

3 Dashes Mole Bitters

1/2 oz Mezcal Float

1 Orange Zest Garnish


For the syrup: 

• Dilute pineapple concentrate: 1 parts pineapple concentrate 1 part water. 1:1

• Combine & mix: Equal parts diluted pineapple concentrate and demerara sugar. 1:1


Add tequila and roasted pineapple demerara into mixing glass and stir with cubed ice. Strain into a rocks glass over ice. Garnish with mezcal float, mole bitters, and orange zest. Enjoy!
