SERVES 1
Tommy's Guava Margarita
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 oz Tequila Blanco
3/4 oz Guava Syrup*
3/4 oz Lime Juice
Garnish: Dehydrated Lime Wheel
*Heat 1 part Guava Purée and 1 part Water. Combine 1 part Guava/Water mix with 1 part white sugar. Stir until dissolved.
Combine ingredients in a shaker. Add ice and shake for 10-20 seconds until cold. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a lime wheel. Enjoy!
Peach Ginger Collins
SERVES 1
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 oz George Dickel Whiskey
1/2 oz Creme de Peche
1/2 Honey Ginger Syrup*
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
2 oz Club Soda
Dehydrated Lemon Wheel
*Honey Syrup: mix two parts honey with one part warm water. Stir until smooth.
*Ginger Syrup: peel and juice fresh ginger (or use 100% ginger juice) and stir in equal parts white sugar until dissolved.
*Honey Ginger Syrup: combine honey and ginger syrups 1:1.
Combine ingredients (except soda water) in a shaker. Add ice and shake for 10-20 seconds until cold. Strain into collins glass over fresh ice and top with soda water. Garnish with dehydrated lemon or candied ginger and enjoy!
The Queen's Cup
SERVES 1
INGREDIENTS
3/4 oz Gin
1/2 oz Blackberry-Jasmine Syrup*
3/4 oz Pineapple Juice
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
1-2 Cucumber Slice(s)
3 Mint Leaves
*Bring 1 part water and 2 parts blackberries to a boil. Take off heat and steep jasmine tea for 5-10 min. Strain blackberries and add equal parts sugar to liquid. Stir until dissolved.
Muddle mint and cucumber in a rocks glass. Add remaining ingredients, then add ice and stir for 15-20 seconds. Garnish and enjoy!
