SERVES 1
Watermelon Mint Margarita
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 oz Blanco Tequila
3/4 oz Watermelon Syrup*
3/4 oz Lime Juice
3 Muddle Mint Leaves
Garnish: Mint Leaf Garnish
*Watermelon Syrup: Combine one part watermelon juice (zero sugar added) with one part white sugar (1:1) Blend on high until mixture completely blended and sugar no longer grainy. Allow to chill and settle in fridge prior to using.
Combine ingredients in a shaker. Add ice and shake for 10-20 seconds until cold. Strain into coupe glass and garnish with mint leaf. Enjoy!

Pineapple Green Chili Margarita
INGREDIENTS
1 oz of Reposado Tequila
1/2 oz Ancho Reyes Verde
3/4 oz Pineapple Agave Syrup
3/4 oz Lime Juice
Garnish: Tajín Sprinkle (or rim) and Dehydrated Pineapple
Combine ingredients in a shaker. Add ice and shake for 10-20 seconds until cold. Strain into rocks glass over fresh ice and garnish with dehydrated pineapple and Tajín sprinkle. Enjoy!

Coconut Lemongrass Margarita
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 oz Blanco Tequila
1 oz Coconut Lemongrass Agave*
1/2 oz Lime Juice
Garnish: Lime Wheel
*Coconut Lemongrass Agave:
• To Extract Lemongrass Oil: Peel skin of 1 lemongrass stalk. Press flat side of a knife to bruise and release oils from stalk. Chop and place talk in pan with coconut water to boil, allowing to simmer for 10-15 minutes after. Strain liquid into container
• Combine: (4) parts coconut puree, (4) parts cream of coconut, (3) parts agave syrup and (1/8 oz) lemongrass coconut water solution from step above.
• Stir until mixture completely blended. Allow to settle to room temperature prior to using.
Combine ingredients in a shaker. Add ice and shake for 10-20 seconds until cold. Strain into coupe glass and garnish with lime wheel. Enjoy!
