St. Patrick's Day Cocktail Recipes

SERVES 1

Four-Leaf Sour

INGREDIENTS


1 oz Gin

1/2 oz Faccia Brutto Centerbe

3/4 oz Kiwi Syrup*

3/4 oz Lime Juice

1 Dill Sprig

1 Cucumber Slice

1 Dash Celery Bitters

Garnish: Cucumber and Dill


*Combine 1 part Water with 1 part Kiwi Pureé. Stir in equal parts white sugar to liquid until dissolved.


Muddle cucumber and dill in a shaker before adding remaining ingredients. Add ice and shake for 10-20 seconds until cold. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice and garnish with cucumber and dill sprig. Enjoy!

SERVES 1

Iced Irish Coffee

INGREDIENTS


1 1/2 oz Jameson

2 oz Cold Brew Coffee

1/2 oz Demerara Syrup

2 Dashes Chocolate Bitters

1 1/2 oz Boozy Whipped Cream*

Garnish: Ground Nutmeg


*1 Part Irish Cream Liqueur, 4 Parts Heavy Whipping Cream, 1/2 Part Simple Syrup.


Combine Whiskey, Coffee, Demerara, and Bitters in a shaker light with ice (1-2 cubes) and shake for 10 seconds. Strain into an empty collins glass.


In the empty shaker, add whipped cream ingredients and shake until, well, whipped.


Add crushed ice into the collins glass then top with whipped cream. Sprinkle with ground nutmeg. Enjoy!

Parlez-Vous Gaelic

INGREDIENTS


3/4 oz Brandy or Cognac

3/4 oz Irish Whiskey

1/2 oz Orange Curaçao

1 dash Aromatic Bitters

1 dash Orange Bitters

Garnish: Orange Peel Express


Combine ingredients in a mixing glass. Add ice and stir for 15-20 seconds. Strain into an empty coupe glass and garnish with an orange peel express. Enjoy!
