BRUNCH COCKTAILS RECIPES
SOUTHSIDE
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 oz Gin
3/4 oz Lemon Juice
3/4 oz Simple Syrup
5 Mint Leaves
DIRECTIONS
• Muddle mint in shaker.
• Add rest of ingredients to shaker.
• Add ice.
• Shake 10 sec. until cold.
• Strain.
• Garnish with mint sprig.
PIMM'S CUP
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 oz Irish Whiskey
3/4 oz Lemon Juice
3/4 oz Simple Syrup
(Combine 1 part Honey Syrup + 1 part Ginger Syrup. Stir until dissolved.)
2 oz Ginger Ale
2 Cucumber Wheels
DIRECTIONS
• Muddle cucumber in shaker.
• Add rest of ingredients (except ginger ale) to shaker.
• Add ice.
• Shake 10 sec. until cold.
• Strain over ice.
• Top with ginger ale.
• Garnish with cucumber wheel.
MORNING MARGARITA
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 oz Tequila Blanco
3/4 oz Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
1/2 oz cold brew
DIRECTIONS
• Add ingredients to shaker.
• Add ice.
• Shake 10 sec. until cold.
• Strain.
• Garnish with lime wheel.
