Spring Cocktail Recipes

SERVES 1

Jasmine Blackberry Sour

INGREDIENTS


1 1/2 oz Bourbon

3/4 oz Blackberry Jasmine Syrup*

1/2 oz Lemon Juice

Garnish: Blackberry Skewer


*Blackberry-Jasmine Syrup: Heat two parts Blackberry Purée and one part water in a pot over medium heat, do not allow to boil. Steep Jasmine Tea for 10-15 minutes (make it as strong or weak as you want). Strain and stir in equal parts white sugar to liquid until dissolved.


Add ingredients to a shaker. Add ice and shake for 10-20 seconds until cold. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a blackberry skewer or lemon wheel. Enjoy!

Salad Bar

INGREDIENTS


1 oz Gin

1/2 oz Faccia Brutto Centerbe

3/4 oz Kiwi Syrup*

3/4 oz Lime Juice

1 Dill Sprig

1 Cucumber Slice

1 Dash Celery Bitters

2 oz Club Soda

Garnish: Cucumber and Dill


*Combine 1 part Water with 1 part Kiwi Pureé. Stir in equal parts white sugar to liquid until dissolved.


Muddle cucumber and dill in a shaker before adding remaining ingredients (except soda). Add ice and shake for 10-20 seconds until cold. Strain into a glass over fresh ice, top with soda and garnish with cucumber and dill sprig. Enjoy!

Hibiscus Situation

INGREDIENTS


1 oz Hibiscus-infused Tequila Blanco

3/4 oz Dry Vermouth

3/4 oz Cocchi Americano Rosa

1/8 oz (1 bar spoon) Grenadine

Garnish: Grapefruit Peel Express


Combine ingredients in a mixing glass. Add ice and stir for 15-20 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice and garnish with a grapefruit peel express. Enjoy!
