Strawberry Rhubarb Cosmo


1 1/2 oz of Vodka

3/4 oz Strawberry Rhubarb Syrup

3/4 oz Lemon Juice

1 Dehydrated Lime Wheel

Strawberry Rhubarb Syrup: Boil frozen strawberries and rhubarb stalks. Strain and add equal parts sugar.

Combine the ingredients into a shaker. Shake with ice for 10-20 seconds until cold. Serve in a coupe glass, garnished with a dehydrated lime wheel. Enjoy!


Blueberry Lavender G&T


1 1/2 oz of Gin

1/2 oz Blueberry Liqueur

1/2 oz Lavender Syrup

1/2 oz Lemon /Juice

3 oz Tonic Water

Lavender Syrup: Steep lavender in hot water. Strain and add equal parts sugar.

Combine ingredients into a shaker. Add ice and shake for 10-20 seconds until cold. Strain the liquid into a collins or glass over fresh ice. Garnish with lavender. Enjoy!


Sweet Tea Old Fashioned


1 1/2 oz Rye Whiskey

1/4 oz Black Tea Demerara Syrup

2 Dashes Liquor Lab Bitters

1 Orange Zest Garnish

Black Tea Syrup: 2 parts sugar in the raw, 1 part black tea

Combine ingredients into a rocks glass and stir. Top with ice, garnish with orange zest, and enjoy!
