DEADLY NIGHTSHADE
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 oz Gin
3/4 oz Basil SImple Syrup
-Blanche 5-10 basil leaves and blend with water. Strain and mix 1 part Basil Juice with 1 part White Sugar. Stir until dissolved.
1 Muddled Cherry Tomato
1 Muddled Jalapeño Slice
3/4 oz Lemon Juice
DIRECTIONS
• Muddle tomato and jalapeño slice in mixing tin/glass for 15 sec.
• Add remaining ingredients to mixing tin/glass.
• Add ice.
• Shake 10 sec. until cold.
• Strain into coupe glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.
CORNFIELD WHISPER
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 oz Whiskey
1 oz Cornflake Syrup
(Blend 2 part Corn Flakes + 1 part Water. Blend and Strain. Combine mixture 1 : 1 with White Sugar. Stir until dissolved. Add 40g of Citric Acid per liter of syrup.)
2 oz Soda Water
Orange Bitters
DIRECTIONS
• Combine ingredients in mixing tin/glass (except soda water).
• Add ice.
• Shake for 10 sec. until cold.
• Strain over fresh ice.
• Top with soda water.
• Garnish with apple slice.

CHARLIE BROWN OLD FASHIONED
INGREDIENTS
1 oz Tequila Reposado
1/2 oz Chai infused Rum
1/4 oz Vanilla Demerara Syrup
(Boil 2 part Demerara Sugar ("sugar in the raw") + 1 part Water. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Add vanilla extract.)
1 dash Aromatic Bitters
Saline
DIRECTIONS
• Combine ingredients (except bitters) in glass.
• Stir for 15 seconds.
• Garnish with Orange Peel.
