SEASONAL COCKTAILS RECIPES
KIWI-OSITY SOUR
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 oz Gin
3/4 oz Lime Juice
3/4 oz Kiwi Syrup
1 dash Saline
3 slices cucumber
DIRECTIONS
• Muddle cucumber in shaker for 10 seconds.
• Add rest of ingredients to shaker.
• Add ice.
• Shake 10 sec. until cold.
• Strain.
• Garnish with lime wheel.
RHUBARB SWIZZLE
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 oz Tequila Blanco
3/4 oz Strawberry Rhubarb Syrup
3/4 oz Lime Juice
1 dash Liquor Lab Bitters
DIRECTIONS
• Add ingredients to glass.
• Add crushed ice.
• Swizzle for 20 sec. until cold.
• Garnish with lime wheel.
SOUTHERN COOLER
INGREDIENTS
3/4 oz Whiskey
3/4 oz Sloe Gin
1/4 oz Tart Cherry Syrup
3/4 oz Lime Juice
1 dash Peychaud's Bitters
2 oz Ginger Beer
DIRECTIONS
• Add ingredients (except ginger beer) to shaker.
• Add ice.
• Shake 10 sec. until cold.
• Strain over ice.
• Top with ginger beer.
