SPICY SUMMER GIMLET

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 oz Gin

3/4 oz Lemongrass Coconut Syrup

3/4 oz Lime Juice

1 slice Jalapeño

DIRECTIONS

• Muddle jalapeño in shaker.

• Add rest of ingredients to shaker.

• Add ice.

• Shake for 10 sec. until cold.

• Strain.

• Garnish with lime wheel.

CUCUMBER COOLER

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 oz Tequila Blanco

3/4 oz Cucumber Syrup

3/4 oz Lime Juice

1 dash Saline

2 oz Soda Water

DIRECTIONS

• Add ingredients (except soda water) to shaker.

• Add ice.

• Shake 10 sec. until cold.

• Strain over ice.

• Top with soda water.

• Garnish with cucumber ribbon.

SUMMER SWIZZLE

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 oz Bourbon


3/4 oz Lime Juice

3/4 oz Strawberry Cinnamon Syrup

1 dash Liquor Lab Bitters

DIRECTIONS

• Add ingredients to glass.

• Add crushed ice.

• Swizzle 20 sec. until cold.

• Garnish with lemon wheel.
