SEASONAL COCKTAILS RECIPES

APPLE CIDER SOUR

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 oz Rye Whiskey

1/2 oz Creme de Cacao

3/4 oz Lemon Juice

3/4 oz Apple Cider Syrup

Blend 1 part Apple Cider with 1 part White Sugar until dissolved. (Also can try using mulling spiced tea or fresh apple juice.)

1-2 Dash(es) Aromatic Bitters

DIRECTIONS

• Add ingredients to mixing tin/glass.

• Add ice.

• Shake 10 sec. until cold.

• Strain into empty glass. Garnish with an Apple Slice or Star Anise and enjoy!

ST. BART'S SWIZZLE

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 oz Chai-Infused Aged Rum

Soak 2-3 Chai tea bags in a bottle of rum for ~15-20min

1/2 oz Lemon Juice

1/2 oz Honey Ginger Syrup

-Honey Syrup: Mix 2 parts Honey with 1 part Water.

-Ginger Syrup: Peel and juice Ginger (or buy fresh 100% Ginger Juice) and mix 1 part Juice with 1 Part Water.

-Mix 1 part Honey Syrup with 1 part Ginger Syrup.

2 Dashes Aromatic Bitter

Top with Soda Water

DIRECTIONS

• Combine ingredients in mixing tin/glass.

• Add ice.

• Shake for 10 sec. until cold.

• Strain over fresh ice. Top with Soda Water.

• Garnish with a Cinnamon Stick and Lemon Wheel.

LONDON OLD FASHIONED

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 oz Gin

1/4 oz Cranberry-Rosemary Syrup

Heat a few sprigs of Rosemary in 1 part Water and 1 part Cranberries (Use more cranberries for a more sour syrup). Boil until the berries "crack". Strain and mix 1 part liquid with 1 part sugar.

2 Dashes Peychaud's Bitters

DIRECTIONS

• Combine ingredients with ice in a rocks glass.

• Stir vigorously.

• Express a Lemon Peel and garnish with Cranberry and Rosemary.
