SEASONAL COCKTAILS RECIPES

WOODLAND WHISPER

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 oz Tequila Reposado

3/4 oz Lemon Juice

3/4 oz Blackberry Sage Syrup

Add 1 part Blackberries to 1 part Water in a pot. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and steep Sage for ~30min. Strain liquid and mix 1:1 with White Sugar. Stir until dissolved.

1-2 Dash(es) Orange Bitters

DIRECTIONS

• Add ingredients to mixing tin/glass.

• Add ice.

• Shake 10 sec. until cold.

• Strain into empty glass. Garnish and enjoy.


APPLE GROVE HIGHBALL

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 oz Gin

3/4 oz Lemon Juice

3/4 oz Apple Cider Syrup

Blend 1 part Apple Cider with 1 part White Sugar until dissolved. (Also can try using mulling spiced tea or fresh apple juice.)

2 Dashes Aromatic Bitter

Top with Ginger Beer

DIRECTIONS

• Combine ingredients in mixing tin/glass.

• Add ice.

• Shake for 10 sec. until cold.

• Strain over fresh ice. Top with Ginger Beer.

• Garnish with Apple Slice.

2 oz Soda Water

2 oz Soda Water

AUTUMN OLD FASHIONED

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 oz Chai infused Whiskey

Soak 3-4 Chai Tea bags in a bottle of Whiskey for ~30min. Squeeze bags into whiskey upon removal.

1/4 oz Vanilla Demerara Syrup

Heat 1 part Water with 2 parts Demerara Sugar (sugar in the raw). Stir frequently until dissolved. Heat with raw vanilla or add vanilla extract.

2 Dashes Aromatic Bitters

1 Dash Orange Bitters

DIRECTIONS

• Combine ingredients with ice in a rocks glass.

• Stir vigorously.

• Garnish with Orange Peel.
