SEASONAL COCKTAILS RECIPES
SPICY SUMMER GIMLET
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 oz Gin
3/4 oz Coconut Lemongrass Syrup
(Combine 1 part Coconut Water + 1 part White Sugar over heat. Add lemongrass to the solution. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Strain.)
1 Muddled Jalapeño Slice
3/4 oz Lime Juice
DIRECTIONS
• Muddle jalapeño slice in mixing tin/glass for 15 sec.
• Add remaining ingredients to mixing tin/glass.
• Add ice.
• Shake 10 sec. until cold.
• Strain.
CUCUMBER COOLER
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 oz Tequila Blanco
3/4 oz Cucumber Syrup
(Combine 1 part Cucumber Juice (peeled) + 1 part White Sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved.)
3/4 oz Lime Juice
2 oz Soda Water
Celery Bitters
DIRECTIONS
• Combine ingredients in mixing tin/glass (except soda water).
• Add ice.
• Shake for 10 sec. until cold.
• Strain.
• Top with 2 oz soda water.
• Garnish with lime slice.

SUMMER SWIZZLE
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 oz Bourbon
3/4 oz Strawberry Cinnamon Syrup
(Boil 1 part Strawberries + 1 part Water with 1-2 cinnamon sticks. Strain to make 'Juice'. Add 1 part 'Juice' + 1 part White Sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved.)
3/4 oz Lime Juice
1 dash Aromatic Bitters
DIRECTIONS
• Combine ingredients (except bitters) in glass.
• Add crushed ice.
• Swizzle for 20 seconds.
• Garnish with Strawberry Half.
