APRICOT DAIQUIRI

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 oz White Rum

3/4 oz Lime Juice

3/4 oz Apricot Cinnamon Syrup

Bring 12oz of Apricot Nectar to a boil with 2 Cinnamon Sticks. Remove from heat. Remove cinnamon. Mix 1 part Apricot juice with 1 part White Sugar. Stir until dissolved.

1 dash Aromatic Bitters

DIRECTIONS

• Add ingredients to a shaker.

• Add ice.

• Shake 10-15 sec. until cold.

• Strain into an empty coupe glass.

• Garnish with lime wheel or cinnamon stick.

KINGSTON NEGRONI

INGREDIENTS

3/4 oz Aged Rum

3/4 oz Campari

3/4 oz Sweet Vermouth

1 Express Lemon Peel

DIRECTIONS

• Combine ingredients in glass.

• Add ice.

• Stir 10 sec. until cold.

• Garnish with lemon zest.
