SERVES 1
Bee's Knees
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 oz Gin
3/4 oz Lemon Juice
3/4 oz Honey Syrup*
Garnish: Dehydrated Lemon Wheel
*Combine 2 parts honey and 1 part warm water, stir until mixed.
Add ingredients into a shaker. Add ice and shake for 10-20 seconds until cold. Strain the liquid into a Coupe or Martini glass and garnish with a lemon wheel. Enjoy!

Spiced-Orange French 125
INGREDIENTS
1 oz Cognac or Brandy
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Spiced Orange Syrup*
3 oz Sparkling Wine
Garnish: Cinnamon Stick and Orange Peel
* 1 Part Orange Juice, 1 Part Sugar, Toasted Cinnamon & Clove (1-2 cinnamon sticks, 2-3 cloves), Vanilla Extract (careful!)
Heat orange juice and vanilla with spices until fragrant. Then stir in sugar until it is dissolved. Strain out spices.
Add Cognac, Lemon Juice, and Orange Syrup to a shaker. DO NOT SHAKE BUBBLES! Shake for 10-15 seconds until cold. Strain into a Collins Glass and top with 3 oz of Sparkling Wine. Garnish with a Cinnamon Stick and Orange Peel.

Sazerac
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 oz Rye Whiskey
1/4 oz Demerara Syrup
3 Dashes Peychaud's Bitters
Garnish: Lemon Peel Express
Add all ingredients into a mixing glass then add ice. Stir for ~20 seconds. Strain the cocktail into an empty rocks glass. Express lemon peel over the drink and enjoy!
