SERVES 1

Pineapple Sazerac

INGREDIENTS


1 oz Pineapple Rum

1/2 oz Overproof Dark Rum

1/4 oz Cinnamon-Demerara Syrup

3 Dashes Peychaud's Bitters

1 Spray Absinthe

Garnish: Dehydrated Pineapple Slice


Add rum, syrup and bitters to a mixing glass with cubed ice and stir vigorously. Spray absinthe into empty coupe glass with atomizer. Strain ingredients into coupe glass. Serve up and garnish with dehydrated pineapple slice. Enjoy!

Pendennis Old Fashioned

INGREDIENTS


1 1/2 oz Bourbon

1/4 oz Simple Syrup

2 Dashes Aromatic Bitters

1 Orange Slice

1 Cherry


Add simple syrup, orange slice and cherry to a mixing glass and muddle. Add 2 dashes of bitters with whiskey. Pour cubed ice into glass and stir. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Serve with your garnish of choice. Enjoy!

Modern Old Fashioned

INGREDIENTS


1 1/2 oz Rye Whiskey

1/4 oz Demerara Syrup

2 Dashes Aromatic Bitters

1 Dash Orange Bitters

Orange Zest Garnish


Add ingredients into mixing glass with cubed ice and stir. Strain into a rocks glass over ice(. Express oils from orange peel over cocktail and garnish. Enjoy!
