Pineapple Sazerac
INGREDIENTS
1 oz Pineapple Rum
1/2 oz Overproof Dark Rum
1/4 oz Cinnamon-Demerara Syrup
3 Dashes Peychaud's Bitters
1 Spray Absinthe
Garnish: Dehydrated Pineapple Slice
Spray absinthe into empty rocks glass with atomizer and set it aside. Add rum, syrup and bitters to a mixing glass with cubed ice and stir vigorously. Strain ingredients into the absinthe-rinsed glass. Serve up and garnish with dehydrated pineapple slice or a lemon peel. Enjoy!

Modern Old Fashioned
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 oz Rye Whiskey
1/4 oz Demerara Syrup
2 Dashes Aromatic Bitters
1 Dash Orange Bitters
Orange Zest Garnish
Add ingredients into mixing glass with cubed ice and stir. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Express oils from orange peel over cocktail and garnish. Enjoy!
