Blackberry Whiskey Sour
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 oz Bourbon
3/4 oz Blackberry Syrup
3/4 oz Lemon Juice
1 Egg White
3 Dashes Peychaud's Bitters
Blackberries Garnish
Combine bourbon, blackberry syrup, lemon and egg white into a shaker. Dry shake (no ice) for 5 seconds before adding ice to shaker, then shake again. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with bitters and blackberries.

INGREDIENTS
2 oz White Rum
1 oz Cream of Coconut
2 oz Pineapple Juice
1 oz Orange Juice
Garnish: Nutmeg, Piña Frond, Orange Slice and Cherry
Add white rum, pineapple juice, orange juice and cream of coconut to shaker with cubed ice. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Strain liquid into a tulip glass over crushed ice. Garnish with nutmeg, piña frond, orange slice and cherry. Serve with a straw. Enjoy!

3/4 oz Mezcal
3/4 oz Green Chartreuse
3/4 oz Maraschino Liqueur
3/4 oz Lime Juice
Garnish: Brandied Cherry
Combine ingredients with ice into a rocks glass. Stir vigorously. Garnish brandied cherry. Enjoy!
