MARGARITA & MORE COCKTAIL RECIPES
SPICY TOMMY'S MARGARITA
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 oz Blanco Tequila
1/2 oz Agave Syrup
(Combine 2 parts Agave Nectar + 1 part Hot Water. Stir until dissolved.)
1 Jalapeño Slice
3/4 oz Lime Juice
DIRECTIONS
• Muddle jalapeño slice in mixing tin/glass for 15 sec.
• Add remaining ingredients to mixing tin/glass.
• Add ice.
• Shake 10 sec. until cold.
• Strain.
KIWI PALOMA
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 oz Reposado Tequila
3/4 oz Kiwi Syrup
3/4 oz Lime Juice
2 oz Soda Water
DIRECTIONS
• Combine ingredients in mixing tin/glass (except soda water).
• Add ice.
• Shake for 10 sec. until cold.
• Strain.
• Top with 2 oz soda water.
• Garnish with kiwi.
EL JENGIBRE FIX
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 oz Añejo Tequila
3/4 oz Honey Ginger Syrup
1/2 oz Lime Juice
1 dash Peychaud's Bitters
DIRECTIONS
• Combine ingredients (except bitters) in glass.
• Add crushed ice.
• Swizzle for 20 seconds.
• Garnish with Peychaud's bitters.
