SPICY TOMMY'S MARGARITA
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 oz Blanco Tequila
3/4 oz Agave Syrup
(Combine 2 parts Agave Nectar + 1 part Hot Water. Stir until dissolved.)
1-2 Jalapeño Slice(s)
3/4 oz Lime Juice
DIRECTIONS
• Muddle jalapeño slice in mixing tin/glass
• Add remaining ingredients to mixing tin/glass.
• Add ice.
• Shake 10 sec. until cold.
• Strain into an empty coupe glass. Garnish with lime wheel.
CRANBERRY PALOMA
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 oz Blanco Tequila
3/4 oz Rosemary-Cranberry Syrup
3/4 oz Lime Juice
2 oz Soda Water
DIRECTIONS
• Combine ingredients in mixing tin/glass (except soda water).
• Add ice.
• Shake for 10 sec. until cold.
• Strain.
• Top with 2 oz soda water.
• Garnish with cranberry skewer and rosemary sprig.
EL JENGIBRE FIX
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 oz Reposado Tequila
1/2 oz Honey Ginger Syrup
-Ginger Syrup: Mix 1 part Ginger Juice with 1 part White Sugar until dissolved.
-Honey Syrup: Mix 2 parts Honey with 1 part Warm Water.
-Combine Honey Syrup and Ginger Syrup 1:1
1/2 oz Lime Juice
1 dash Orange Bitters
DIRECTIONS
• Combine ingredients (except bitters) in glass.
• Add crushed ice.
• Swizzle for 20 seconds.
• Garnish with bitters.
