MARDI GRAS COCKTAILS
BRANDY CRUSTA
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 oz Brandy
1/8 oz Maraschino Liqueur
1/4 oz Orange Curaçao
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
1 Dash Aromatic Bitters
DIRECTIONS
• Add ingredients to mixing tin/glass.
• Add ice.
• Shake 10-15 sec. until cold.
• Strain into an empty Coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon peel.
BERRY FIZZ JULEP
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 oz Bourbon
1/2 oz Grenadine
5 Mint Leaves
1 1/2 oz Sparkling Wine
DIRECTIONS
• Combine ingredients in mixing tin/glass (except sparkling wine).
• Add ice.
• Shake for 10 sec. until cold.
• Strain over crushed or fresh ice in a Collins glass.
• Top with Sparkling Wine.
• Garnish with mint sprig.
FRENCH-AMERICAN SAZERAC
INGREDIENTS
3/4 oz Rye Whiskey
3/4 oz Brandy
1 Dash Peychaud's Bitters
1/4 oz Simple Syrup
Herbsaint Rinse
DIRECTIONS
• Combine ingredients (except Herbsaint) in a mixing glass.
• Add fresh ice.
• Stir for 15-20 seconds.
• Rinse a fresh Coupe glass with Herbsaint.
• Strain stirred ingredients into the Coupe glass.
• Garnish with Lemon Peel express.
