HOLIDAY COCKTAILS RECIPES

MARGARITA FESTIVA

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 oz Tequila Blanco

3/4 oz Lime Juice

3/4 oz Cranberry Rosemary Syrup

Add 1 part Cranberries to 1 part Water in a pot. (For a more sour syrup, use more cranberries). Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and steep Rosemary for ~30min. Strain liquid and mix 1:1 with White Sugar. Stir until dissolved.

DIRECTIONS

• Add ingredients to mixing tin/glass.

• Add ice.

• Shake 10 sec. until cold.

• Strain into empty glass. Garnish with Rosemary and enjoy.


HOT TODDINI

INGREDIENTS

1 oz Whiskey

.5 oz Aperol

1/2 oz Lemon Juice

1/2 oz Simple Syrup

3 oz Rooibos Tea

DIRECTIONS

• Combine ingredients in a Toddy glass.

• Stir well. Top with Tea.

• Garnish with a Cinnamon Stick.

2 oz Soda Water

CARIBBEAN HOLIDAY

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 oz Aged Rum

1/8 oz Allspice Dram

1/8 oz Demerara Syrup

Heat 1 part Water with 2 parts Demerara Sugar (sugar in the raw). Stir frequently until dissolved.

2 Dashes Aromatic Bitters

2 Dash Orange Bitters

DIRECTIONS

• Combine ingredients with ice in a rocks glass.

• Stir vigorously.

• Garnish with Lemon Peel.
