Red Ryder

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 oz Gin

1/2 oz Lime Juice

3/4 oz Cranberry-Rosemary Syrup*

2 oz Ginger Beer

Garnish: Rosemary Sprig

*Bring 1 part water and 1 part Cranberries to a boil. When cranberries begin to crack, take off heat. Add a few Rosemary sprigs (careful, they are potent) and steep for 5-10 minutes. Strain out cranberries and rosemary. Mix 1 part sugar into the "tea" until dissolved.

Add Gin, Lime juice, and Syrup to a shaker. DO NOT ADD or SHAKE BUBBLES. Add ice. Shake for about 10 seconds until cold. You do not want to over-dilute this drink as you will be adding ginger beer. Strain into a collins glass over fresh ice. Top with Ginger Beer and stir gently. Garnish with Rosemary Sprig and/or Cranberry Skewer.
