HAPPY HOUR COCKTAIL RECIPES
PRESCRIPTION SAZARAC
INGREDIENTS
3/4 oz Rye Whiskey
3/4 oz Cognac
1/4 oz Demerara Syrup
1/4 oz Absinthe
3 dashes Peychaud's Bitters
DIRECTIONS
• Rinse a chilled glass with absinthe.
• Add remaining ingredients.
• Add ice.
• Stir 10 sec. until cold.
• Garnish with lemon peel.
CHAI RUM OLD FASHIONED
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 oz Chai Rum
Soak 3 Chai Tea bags in a bottle of Aged Rum for ~30 min
.25 oz Vanilla Demerara Syrup
Bring 1 part Water to a boil. Add 2 parts Demerara Sugar (sugar in the raw). Stir until dissolved. Add a splash of Vanilla Extract for scent/flavor.
2 Dashes Aromatic Bitters
1 Dash Orange Bitters
DIRECTIONS
• Combine ingredients in glass.
• Add ice.
• Stir 10 sec. until cold.
• Garnish with lemon or orange zest.
