National Gin and Tonic Day Recipes

SERVES 1

S.E.A. G & T

INGREDIENTS


1 1/2 oz Gin

3/4 oz Mango Syrup

1/2 oz Lime Juice

1 Dash Cardamom Bitters

1-2 Drops Saline ( Salt:Water 4:1 )

Top with Tonic Water


Add ingredients to a shaker (except tonic), add ice and shake 10-15 seconds. Strain into a collins glass over fresh ice. Top the cocktail with tonic water and garnish. Enjoy!

SERVES 1

Four-Leaf Sour

INGREDIENTS


1 oz Gin

1/2 oz Faccia Brutto Centerbe

3/4 oz Kiwi Syrup*

3/4 oz Lime Juice

1 Dill Sprig

1 Cucumber Slice

1 Dash Celery Bitters

1-2 Drops Saline ( Salt:Water 4:1 )

Garnish: Cucumber and Dill


*Combine 1 part Water with 1 part Kiwi Pureé. Stir in equal parts white sugar to liquid until dissolved.


Muddle cucumber and dill in a shaker before adding remaining ingredients. Add ice and shake for 10-20 seconds until cold. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice and garnish with cucumber and dill sprig. Enjoy!

SERVES 1

Spring Negroni

INGREDIENTS


1 1/2 oz Gin

1/2 oz Sweet Vermouth

1/2 oz Contratto Aperitif

3 Drops of Saline ( Salt:Water 4:1 )

Garnish: Grapefruit Peel Express


Combine ingredients in a rocks glass. Add ice and stir for 15-20 seconds. Garnish with a grapefruit peel express. Enjoy!
