SERVES 1

Blackberry Thyme Margarita

INGREDIENTS


1 1/2 oz Blanco Tequila

3/4 oz Thyme Syrup*

3/4 oz Lime Juice

2 Dashes Orange Bitters

1 Blackberry Tea Bag

Garnish: Thyme Sprig Garnish


Thyme Syrup: Add fresh thyme to boiling water and let it steep until water is infused with its flavor. Strain the thyme from water. Mix thyme-infused water with equal part sugar, stirring until fully dissolved. Allow syrup to cool before use.


Infuse tequila with blackberry tea: pour tequila over tea bag in glass. Remove tea bag after 3 minutes. Combine all ingredients in a shaker. Add ice and shake for 10-20 seconds until cold. Strain into coupe glass and garnish with thyme sprig. Enjoy!

Spiced Orchard Margarita

INGREDIENTS


1 1/2 oz Blanco Tequila

3/4 oz Orchard Syrup*

1/2 oz Lemon Juice

1 Dash Apple Jack

2 Dashes Aromatic Bitters

Garnish: Dehydrated Apple


Orchard Syrup: Heat a pot over medium heat, toasting cinnamon sticks until fragrant. Pour in equal parts fresh apple juice and pear juice, stirring to combine. Remove mixture from heat, stirring in equal part sugar until fully dissolved. Allow syrup to cool before use.


Combine all ingredients in a shaker. Add ice and shake for 10-20 seconds until cold. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with dehydrated apple. Enjoy!

Pumpkin Spice Margarita

INGREDIENTS


1 1/2 oz Reposado Tequila

3/4 oz Pumpkin Spice Syrup*

1/2 oz Lemon Juice

1 Dash Cherry Bark Vanilla Bitters

1 Pumpkin Spice and Salt Rim

Garnish: Cinnamon Stick


Pumpkin Spice Syrup: Toast allspice, cinnamon, clove, and anise in a pot over medium heat until fragrant. Add 4 parts water, 4 parts unpacked light brown sugar, and 1 part canned pumpkin purée. Stir until sugar is full dissolved and mixture is well combined. Remove from heat and stir in 1 dash vanilla extract, allowing to cool before use.


Rim rocks glass with pumpkin spice and salt mix. Combine remaining ingredients in a shaker. Add ice and shake for 10-20 seconds until cold. Strain into rimmed rocks glass over fresh ice, and garnish with cinnamon sticks. Enjoy!
