Espresso Martini

SERVES 1

INGREDIENTS


1 1/2 oz Vodka

1/4 oz Demerara Syrup

3/4 oz Coffee Liqueur

3/4 oz Cold Brew Coffee


Add ingredients into a shaker. Add ice and shake for 10-20 seconds until cold. Strain the liquid into a glass and garnish with three coffee beans. Enjoy!

Blood Orange Spritz

SERVES 1

INGREDIENTS


1 1/2 oz Aperol

1/2 oz Blood Orange Syrup*

3/4 oz Lemon Juice

2 oz Prosecco

Soda Water


Add ingredients into a shaker. Add ice and shake for 10-20 seconds until cold. Strain the liquid into a glass and garnish with a lemon wheel. Enjoy!

NOLA Pimmlet

SERVES 1

INGREDIENTS


3/4 oz Gin

3/4 oz Pimm's No. 1

3/4 oz Fassionola Syrup*

3/4 oz Lemon Juice

1-2 Dashes Peychaud's Bitters


*Fassionola Syrup: Combine 1 part blueberries, 1 part strawberries, 1/2 part dried hibiscus, and 2 parts water in pot over medium heat. Lightly muddle. Add 4 parts pineapple juice, 1 part guava nectar, and 1 part passion fruit purée while stirring in 5 parts white sugar until dissolved. Allow to cool, then strain into container.

Add ice to rocks glass. Add all ingredients into the rocks glass. Stir vigorously for 10 seconds to mix. Garnish with orange zest (or peel) Enjoy!
