SERVES 1

Espresso Martini

INGREDIENTS


1 1/2 oz Vodka

1/4 oz Demerara Syrup

3/4 oz Coffee Liqueur

3/4 oz Cold Brew Coffee

Garnish: 3 Coffee Beans


Combine ingredients in a shaker. Add ice and shake for 10-20 seconds until cold. Strain into coupe glass and garnish with three coffee beans. Enjoy!

Hurricane

INGREDIENTS


1 1/2 oz Aged Rum

1 oz Fassionola Syrup*

3/4 oz Lemon Juice

Garnish: 1/2 Orange Wheel, Cherry


Fassionola Syrup: Combine 1 part blueberries, 1 part strawberries, 1/2 part dried hibiscus, and 2 parts water in pot over medium heat. Lightly muddle. Add 4 parts pineapple juice, 1 part guava nectar, and 1 part passion fruit purée while stirring in 5 parts white sugar until dissolved. Allow to cool, then strain into container.


Combine ingredients in a shaker. Add ice and shake for 10-20 seconds until cold. Strain into short collins glass over crushed ice, and garnish with half an orange wheel and cherry. Enjoy!

SERVES 1

Peppermint White Russian

INGREDIENTS


1.5 oz Vodka

3/4 oz Créme de Menthe

3/4 oz Whole Milk

Optional: 2-4 Drops of Chocolate Bitters

Garnish: Candy Cane


Shaken OR Stirred: Add ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake for 10-15 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.

OR

Add all ingredients into a mixing glass. Next, add ice and stir for ~20 seconds. Strain the liquid into a rocks glass over fresh ice and garnish with Candy Cane. Enjoy!
