COCKTAIL CARNIVAL RECIPES
BATIDA
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 oz Banana Infused Cachaça
3/4 oz Passionfruit Syrup
1 Muddled Strawberry
3/4 oz Lime Juice
Aromatic Bitters
DIRECTIONS
• Muddle strawberry slice in mixing tin/glass for 15 sec.
• Add remaining ingredients to mixing tin/glass.
• Add ice.
• Shake 10 sec. until cold.
• Strain into coupe glass. Garnish with a strawberry half.
CHILCANO DE MELON
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 oz Pisco
3/4 oz Cantaloupe Syrup
(Combine 1 part Cantaloupe Juice (peeled) + 1 part White Sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved.)
3/4 oz Lime Juice
2 oz Soda Water
Saline
DIRECTIONS
• Combine ingredients in mixing tin/glass (except soda water).
• Add ice.
• Shake for 10 sec. until cold.
• Strain over fresh ice.
• Top with soda water.
• Garnish with lime slice.

PINEAPPLE RUM OLD FASHIONED
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 oz Pineapple Rum
1/2 oz Sherry
1/4 oz Cinnamon Demerara Syrup
(Boil 1 part Demerara Sugar ("sugar in the raw") + 1 part Water with 1-2 cinnamon sticks. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Remove Cinnamon sticks.)
1 dash Aromatic Bitters
DIRECTIONS
• Combine ingredients (except bitters) in glass.
• Stir for 15 seconds.
• Garnish with Pineapple.
