COCKTAIL CARNIVAL RECIPES

INGREDIENTS
1.5 oz banana-infused cachaca
3/4 oz passionfruit syrup
3/4 oz lime juice
1/2 strawberry for muddling
1/2 strawberry for garnish
1 dash Liquor Lab bitters
DIRECTIONS
-Muddle the strawberry in shaker
-Add remaining ingredients to shaker
-Add ice
-Shake 10 seconds until cold
-Strain over ice
-Garnish with strawberry

PINEAPPLE RUM OLD FASHIONED
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 oz pineapple rum
1/2 oz sherry
1/4 oz cinnamon demerara
2 dashes of Liquor Lab bitters
dehydrated pineapple garnish
DIRECTIONS
-Add ingredients to shaker
-Add ice
-Shake 10 seconds until cold
-Strain over ice
-Garnish with pineapple
Chilcano De Melon
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 oz Pisco
3/4 oz cantaloupe syrup
3/4 oz lime juice
2 oz soda water
dehydrated lime garnish
1 dash of saline bitters
DIRECTIONS
-Add ingredients to glass
-Add crushed ice
-Stir 10 seconds until cold
-Top with soda water
-Garnish with lime slice
