Strawberry Rhubarb Margarita

INGREDIENTS


1 1/2 oz Blanco Tequila

3/4 oz Strawberry Rhubarb Syrup*

3/4 oz Lime Juice

Garnish: Dehydrated Lime Wheel


Strawberry Rhubarb Syrup: Boil frozen strawberries and rhubarb stalks. Strain and add equal parts sugar.


Combine the ingredients into a shaker. Shake with ice for 10-20 seconds until cold. Serve in a coupe glass, garnished with a dehydrated lime wheel. Enjoy!

(Spicy) Pineapple Margarita

INGREDIENTS


1 1/2 oz of Reposado Tequila

3/4 oz Pineapple Syrup*

3/4 oz Lime Juice

1 Jalepeño


Pineapple Syrup: 1 Part Perfect Puree Pineapple, 3 Parts Water


Muddle Jalapeño in shaker. Add tequila, pineapple syrup, and lime juice to the shaker with ice. Shake and strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass. Garnish with a dehydrated pineapple slice, and enjoy!

Blueberry Lavendar Margarita

INGREDIENTS


1 1/2 oz Blanco Tequila

1/2 oz Blueberry Liqueur

1/2 oz Lavender Syrup

3/4 oz Lime Juice

Garnish: Blueberries


Combine ingredients into a shaker with ice, and shake hard. After, pour the contents into an empty rocks glass. Garnish with blueberries. Enjoy!
