INGREDIENTS

1 oz Cognac

1/2 oz Coconut Lemongrass Syrup

-Steep fresh Lemongrass in Coconut Water and heat. Combine 1 part White Sugar to 1 part Coconut Water and stir until dissolved.

1/2 oz Lemon Juice

2 oz Sparkling Wine

DIRECTIONS

• Add ingredients (except sparkling wine) to shaker.

• Add ice.

• Shake 10 sec. until cold.

• Strain.

• Top with sparkling wine.

ENGLISH SPRITZ

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 oz Pimm's Liqueur

3/4 oz Blackberry Syrup

(Bring 16-18 blackberries to simmer in pot with 1 quart water. Remove from heat and mix in 1 quart sugar until dissolved. Allow to steep for 20 minutes, then strain and press berries lightly.)

3/4 oz Lemon Juice

2 oz Sparkling Wine

DIRECTIONS

• Add ingredients (except sparkling wine) to shaker.

• Add ice.

• Shake 10 sec. until cold.

• Strain over ice.

• Top with sparkling wine.

• Garnish with blackberry.

PINEAPPLE FIZZ

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 oz Tequila Reposado

1/4 oz Lemon Juice

2 dashes Peychaud's Bitters

2 oz Pineapple Soda

DIRECTIONS

• Add ingredients (except pineapple soda) to glass.

• Add crushed ice.

• Swizzle for 10 sec. until cold.

• Top with pineapple soda.

• Garnish with pineapple slice.
