MEXpresso Martini

SERVES 1

INGREDIENTS


1 1/2 oz Tequila Reposado

1/4 oz Demerara Syrup

3/4 oz Coffee Liqueur

3/4 oz Cold Brew Coffee / Espresso


Add ingredients into a shaker. Add ice and shake for 10-20 seconds until cold. Strain the liquid into a coupe or martini glass and garnish with three coffee beans. Enjoy!

Tangerine Spritz

SERVES 1

INGREDIENTS


1 1/2 oz Aperitif

1/2 oz Tangerine-Hibiscus Syrup*

1/2 oz Lemon Juice

2 oz Prosecco

Soda Water


*Make a strong tangerine-hibiscus tea (Rishi Tangerine-Hibiscus). Stir in 1 part sugar to 1 part tea.


Add ingredients into a shaker except for bubbles and soda. Add ice and shake for 10-20 seconds until cold. Strain the liquid into a glass over crushed ice. Add bubbles and top with soda water. Garnish with a citrus wheel.

Commodi-Tea

SERVES 1

INGREDIENTS


1 1/2 oz Gin

1/2 oz Earl Grey Tea Syrup*

3/4 oz Pineapple Juice

1/2 oz Lemon Juice

Garnish: Pineapple Slice


**Make an extra-strength Earl Grey Tea and stir in equal parts white sugar to tea.


Muddle mint and cucumber in a rocks glass. Add ingredients to a rocks glass, then add crushed ice and swizzle for ~10 seconds. Garnish and enjoy!
