Espresso Martini

SERVES 1

INGREDIENTS


1 1/2 oz Vodka

1/4 oz Demerara Syrup

3/4 oz Coffee Liqueur

3/4 oz Cold Brew Coffee / Espresso


Add ingredients into a shaker. Add ice and shake for 10-20 seconds until cold. Strain the liquid into a coupe or martini glass and garnish with three coffee beans. Enjoy!

Maui Spritz

SERVES 1

INGREDIENTS


1 1/2 oz Aperitif

1/2 oz Guava Syrup*

1/2 oz Lemon Juice

2 oz Prosecco

Soda Water


*Dilute 1 part Guava Purée with 1 part Water. Then add 1 part white sugar to 1 part combined liquid. Stir until dissolved.


Add ingredients into a shaker except for bubbles and soda. Add ice and shake for 10-20 seconds until cold. Strain the liquid into a glass over crushed ice. Add bubbles and top with soda water. Garnish with a citrus wheel.

The Queen's Cup

SERVES 1

INGREDIENTS


3/4 oz Gin

1/2 oz Honeydew Syrup*

3/4 oz Pineapple Juice

1/2 oz Lemon Juice

1-2 Cucumber Slice(s)

3 Mint Leaves


*Peel and gut a honeydew melon before blending or juicing. If blending, strain the juice. Then combine 1 part white sugar to 1 part melon juice. Stir until dissolved.


Muddle mint and cucumber in a rocks glass. Add remaining ingredients, then add ice and stir for 15-20 seconds. Garnish and enjoy!
