MEXpresso Martini

SERVES 1

INGREDIENTS


1 1/2 oz Tequila Reposado

1/4 oz Demerara Syrup

1/2 oz Coffee Liqueur

1 oz Cold Brew Coffee / Espresso


Add ingredients into a shaker. Add ice and shake for 10-20 seconds until cold. Strain the liquid into a coupe or martini glass and garnish with three coffee beans. Enjoy!

December Spritz

SERVES 1

INGREDIENTS


1 1/2 oz Aperitif

1/2 oz Cranberry-Rosemary Syrup*

1/2 oz Lemon Juice

2 oz Prosecco

Soda Water


*Bring 2 parts water and 1 part Cranberries to a boil. When cranberries begin to crack, take off heat. Add a few Rosemary sprigs (careful, they are potent) and steep for 5-10 minutes. Strain out cranberries and rosemary. Mix 1 part sugar into the "tea" until dissolved.


Add ingredients into a shaker except for bubbles and soda. Add ice and shake for 10-20 seconds until cold. Strain the liquid into a glass over crushed ice. Add bubbles and top with soda water. Garnish with a citrus wheel.

Cape of Good Hope

SERVES 1

INGREDIENTS


1 1/2 oz Gin

1/2 oz Chai-Rooibos Tea Syrup*

3/4 oz Pineapple Juice

1/2 oz Lemon Juice

Garnish: Pineapple Slice


*Make a strong Chai-Rooibos tea. Stir in equal parts sugar to tea until dissolved.


Muddle mint and cucumber in a rocks glass. Add ingredients to a rocks glass, then add crushed ice and swizzle for ~10 seconds. Garnish and enjoy!
