Espresso Martini
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 oz Vodka
1/4 oz Demerara Syrup
3/4 oz Coffee Liqueur
3/4 oz Cold Brew Coffee
Garnish: 3 Coffee Beans
Combine ingredients in a shaker. Add ice and shake for 10-20 seconds until cold. Strain into coupe glass and garnish with three coffee beans. Enjoy!

Pomegranate Spritz
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 oz Aperol
1/2 oz Pomegranate Syrup*
2 oz Prosecco
1 Splash Club Soda
Garnish: Orange Slice
Pomegranate Syrup: Pomegranate Syrup: In a saucepan over medium heat, combine balsamic vinegar and pomegranate molasses. Stir continuously until the mixture starts to thicken and is well combined, ensuring it does not stick to the pan. Stir in the white sugar until fully dissolved. Remove from heat and allow syrup to cool before using.
In order: combine Prosecco, Aperol, and pomegranate syrup in short Collins glass over ice. Top with splash of club soda. Garnish with orange slice and enjoy!

Orchard Pimlet
INGREDIENTS
3/4 oz Pimm's
3/4 oz Gin
3/4 oz Orchard Syrup*
3/4 oz Lemon Juice
Garnish: Dehydrated Apple
Orchard Syrup: Heat a pot over medium heat, toasting cinnamon sticks until fragrant. Pour in equal parts fresh apple juice and pear juice, stirring to combine. Remove mixture from heat, stirring in equal part sugar until fully dissolved. Allow syrup to cool before use.
Add ingredients into a shaker. Add ice and shake for 10-20 seconds until cold. Strain the liquid into rocks glass over ice and garnish with dehydrated apple. Enjoy!
