BOURBON & BEYOND COCKTAIL RECIPES

APPLE CIDER SOUR

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 oz Bourbon

3/4 oz Lemon Juice

3/4 oz Apple Cider Syrup

-Combine 1 part Apple Cider and 1 part White Sugar

-Stir until dissolved

DIRECTIONS

• Add ingredients to shaker.

• Add ice.

• Shake 10 sec. until cold.

• Strain over ice.

• Garnish with apple slice and enjoy.

HONEY GINGER BUCK

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 oz Bourbon

3/4 oz Lemon Juice

3/4 oz Honey Ginger Syrup

-Ginger Syrup: Mix 1 part Ginger Juice with 1 part Water

-Honey Syrup: Mix 2 parts Honey with1 part Water

-Combine Ginger and Honey Syrups 1:1

2 oz Soda Water

2 dashes Orange Bitters

DIRECTIONS

• Add ingredients (except soda water) to shaker.

• Add ice.

• Shake 10 sec. until cold.

• Strain over ice.

• Top with soda.

• Garnish with lemon wheel or shaved ginger.

VANILLA OLD FASHIONED

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 oz Rye

1/4 oz Vanilla Demerara Syrup

-Mix 2 parts Demerara Sugar (sugar in the raw) and 1 part Water. Heat until dissolved, stirring frequently. Add a splash of vanilla extract.

2 dashes Aromatic Bitters

(Angostura or similar)

1 dash Orange Bitters

DIRECTIONS

• Combine ingredients in glass.

• Add ice.

• Stir 20 sec. until cold.

• Garnish with orange zest and/or cherry.
