PENDENNIS OLD FASHIONED

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 oz Bourbon

1 Orange Peel

1 Cherry

1/4 oz Simple Syrup

(Combine 1 part Sugar + 1 part Water. Stir until dissolved.)

2 dashes Angostura Bitters

DIRECTIONS

• Muddle orange peel and cherry in glass.

• Add remaining ingredients.

• Add ice.

• Stir 10 sec. until cold.

• Garnish with dyhydrated orange wheel.

PRESCRIPTION SAZARAC

INGREDIENTS

3/4 oz Rye Whiskey

3/4 oz Cognac

1/4 oz Demerara Syrup

1/4 oz Absinthe

3 dashes Peychaud's Bitters

DIRECTIONS

• Rinse glass with absinthe.

• Add remaining ingredients.

• Add crushed ice.

• Stir 10 sec. until cold.

• Garnish with pineapple slice.

SPICED RYE OLD FASHIONED

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 oz Rye

1/4 oz Spiced Demerara Syrup

(Toast 3 Cinnamon Sticks, 10 Allspice Berries, 5 Cloves in pot for 30 seconds. Add 1/2 quart Water. Bring to a simmer and mix in 1 quart Demerara Sugar. Reduce heat to medium low. Stir until fully dissolved. Strain.)

1 dash Orange Bitters

2 dashes Angostura Bitters

DIRECTIONS

• Combine ingredients in glass.

• Add ice.

• Stir 10 sec. until cold.

• Garnish with orange zest.
