Hurricane

INGREDIENTS


1 1/2 oz Aged Rum

1 oz Fassionola Syrup*

3/4 oz Lemon Juice

Garnish: 1/2 Orange Wheel, Cherry


Fassionola Syrup: Combine 1 part blueberries, 1 part strawberries, 1/2 part dried hibiscus, and 2 parts water in pot over medium heat. Lightly muddle. Add 4 parts pineapple juice, 1 part guava nectar, and 1 part passion fruit purée while stirring in 5 parts white sugar until dissolved. Allow to cool, then strain into container.


Combine ingredients in a shaker. Add ice and shake for 10-20 seconds until cold. Strain into short collins glass over crushed ice, and garnish with half an orange wheel and cherry. Enjoy!

Grasshopper

INGREDIENTS


3/4 oz White Creme de Cacao

1/2 oz Dark Creme de Cacao

3/4 oz Green Creme de Menthe

1/2 oz White Creme de Menthe

1/4 oz Brandy

1 oz Half & Half

1 Cocoa Rim

Garnish: Mint Leaf


Add all ingredients except cocoa and mint leaf into a shaker. Add ice and shake for 10-20 seconds until cold. Strain the liquid into a coupe glass with cocoa rim and garnish with a mint leaf. Enjoy!

Sazerac

INGREDIENTS


1 1/2 oz Whiskey

1/8 - 1/4 oz Demerara Syrup

3 Dashes Peychaud's Bitters

1 Absinthe Rinse

Garnish: Lemon Zest


Rinse rocks glass with absinthe and discard excess. Combine remaining ingredients into a mixing glass. Add ice and stir until well chilled. Strain mixture into absinthe-rinsed rocks glass over ice, garnish with lemon zest. Enjoy!
