TEQUILA COCKTAIL RECIPES

SPICY TOMMY'S MARGARITA

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 oz Blanco Tequila

3/4 oz Agave Syrup

(Combine 2 parts Agave Nectar + 1 part Hot Water. Stir until dissolved.)

1-2 Jalapeño Slice(s)

3/4 oz Lime Juice

DIRECTIONS

• Muddle jalapeño slice in mixing tin/glass

• Add remaining ingredients to mixing tin/glass.

• Add ice.

• Shake 10 sec. until cold.

• Strain into an empty coupe glass. Garnish with lime wheel.

CINNAMON PALOMA

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 oz Blanco Tequila

3/4 oz Grapefruit-Cinnamon Syrup

  • Bring 1 part Grapefruit Juice and 1 part White Sugar to a gentle boil with 1-2 cinnamon sticks. Stir until dissolved. Remove cinnamon sticks. (Also try ground cinnamon with grapefruit juice and sugar without heat)

3/4 oz Lime Juice

2 oz Soda Water

DIRECTIONS

• Combine ingredients in mixing tin/glass (except soda water).

• Add ice.

• Shake for 10 sec. until cold.

• Strain.

• Top with 2 oz soda water.

• Garnish with cinnamon stick or grapefruit slice.

TOXIC CAPRICORN

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 oz Reposado Tequila

1/2 oz Pineapple-Apricot Demerara Syrup

-Demerara Syrup: Mix 1 part Water with 2 parts Demerara Sugar over heat and stir until dissolved.

-Combine 1 part Apricot Nectar, 1 part Pineapple Juice, and 1 Part Demerara syrup.

1 dash Peated Whiskey / Scotch

DIRECTIONS

• Combine ingredients (except bitters) in glass.

• Add crushed ice.

• Swizzle for 20 seconds.

• Garnish with bitters.
