BRUNCH COCKTAIL RECIPES

MEX-PRESSO MORNING

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 oz Tequila Reposado

1/8 oz Vanilla Demerara

Combine 2 parts Demerara Sugar (sugar in the raw) with 1 part Water over heat. Stir until dissolved. Add splash of vanilla.

1 oz Iced Coffee

1/2 oz Coffee Liqueur

2 dashes Chocolate Bitters

Garnishes

• Add ingredients to a shaker with ice

• Shake and strain into rocks glass over fresh ice

• Garnish and enjoy

Marie's Mimosa (Gin and Julius)

INGREDIENTS

1 oz Gin

1/2 oz Lemon Juice

1 dash Orange Bitters

1 oz Orange Julius Syrup

Add 1 part Orange Juice with 1 part White Sugar. Add vanilla extract. (A few drops goes a long way)

1 oz Sparkling Wine

DIRECTIONS

• Add ingredients (except tonic) to shaker.

• Add ice.

• Shake 10 sec. until cold.

• Strain over ice.

• Top with sparkling wine.

• Garnish with orange and pineapple and enjoy!

AMERICAN TENNIS

INGREDIENTS

3/4 oz Pimm's

3/4 oz Whiskey

3/4 oz Lemon Juice

3/4 oz Blackberry Syrup

Combine 1 part Water and 1 part Blackberries in a pot and bring to a boil. Strain and add 1 part liquid with 1 part White Sugar. Stir until dissolved.

2 oz Soda Water

Muddled Cucumber

DIRECTIONS

• Muddle Cucumber

• Add ingredients (except soda) to glass with ice.

• Shake and strain into collins glass over fresh ice.

• Top with soda water.

• Garnish with cucumber, mint, and berry. Sip and enjoy!
