Return & Refund Policy
Refunds: All sales including event tickets, e-commerce products, and gift cards are final and no returns are accepted unless Liquor Lab has deemed warranted. In the event a refund/return exception is made all decisions to refund/return at customer request are at the discretion of Liquor Lab unless the product was incorrectly charged for or Liquor Lab made a mistake with the product selection that was sent.
Damaged/Defective/Incorrect: E-commerce products that arrive damaged/defective/incorrect will be replaced free of charge if photographic proof is submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
Refund Processing: If Liquor Lab determines a refund is warranted the refund will be processed to the original payment method used or given store credit if the customer prefers to have store credit.
Replacement Requests: To request a replacement product that is damaged or incorrect please e-mail photograph of product that includes the shipping label and product in clear view of the frame to firstname.lastname@example.org and include the name and email used in the purchase. We will get back to you within 48 hours with a solution.
Delivery Charges: In the event a product needs to be returned to Liquor Lab for a reason determined by us. Liquor Lab will provide a shipping label for either USPS,UPS, or FedEx at no cost to the customer.
