Return & Refund Policy

Refunds: All sales including event tickets, e-commerce products, and gift cards are final and no returns are accepted unless Liquor Lab has deemed warranted. In the event a refund/return exception is made all decisions to refund/return at customer request are at the discretion of Liquor Lab unless the product was incorrectly charged for or Liquor Lab made a mistake with the product selection that was sent.  

Damaged/Defective/Incorrect: E-commerce products that arrive damaged/defective/incorrect will be replaced free of charge if photographic proof is submitted within 24 hours of delivery. 

Refund Processing: If Liquor Lab determines a refund is warranted the refund will be processed to the original payment method used or given store credit if the customer prefers to have store credit.

Replacement Requests: To request a replacement product that is damaged or incorrect please e-mail photograph of product that includes the shipping label and product in clear view of the frame to and include the name and email used in the purchase. We will get back to you within 48 hours with a solution.

Delivery Charges: In the event a product needs to be returned to Liquor Lab for a reason determined by us. Liquor Lab will provide a shipping label for either USPS,UPS, or FedEx at no cost to the customer.
