Mother's Day Brunch Cocktail Recipes

Mex-Presso Morning

INGREDIENTS


1 1/2 oz Reposado Tequila

1/8 oz Cinnamon Demerara Syrup

1 oz Iced Coffee

1/2 oz Coffee Liqueur

1 Dash Chocolate Bitters

1 Orange Wheel Garnsih


For the syrup: toast 1 stick of cinnamon in a pot for 30 seconds. Add 1 part water and 1 part demerara sugar and bring to a simmer. Stir until dissolved. 


Combine ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake for 10-20 seconds, or until cold, and strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Enjoy!

Marie's Mimosa (Gin and Julius)

INGREDIENTS


1 oz Gin

1/2 oz Lemon Juice

1 dash Orange Bitters

1/2 oz Orange Julius Syrup

1 oz Sparkling Wine


For the syrup: Add 1 part orange juice with 1 part white sugar. Add a few drops of vanilla extract.


Combine ingredients into a shaker. Add ice and shake for 10-20 seconds until cold. Strain the liquid into a glass over fresh ice. Top with sparkling wine, and garnish with an orange or pineapple. Enjoy!

American Tennis

INGREDIENTS


3/4 oz Pimms

3/4 oz Whiskey

3/4 oz Lemon Juice

3/4 oz Blackberry Syrup

2 oz Soda Water

1 Slice Cucumber


For the syrup: Combine 1 part water and 1 part blackberries in a pot and bring to a boil. Strain and add 1 part liquid with 1 part white sugar. Stir until dissolved.


First, muddle the cucumber. Combine ingredients (except soda) into a mixing glass with ice. Shake for 10-20 seconds, or until cold. Strain into a Collins glass over fresh ice, and top with soda water. Garnish with cucumber, mint, and berry. Enjoy!
